David Lee Roth Upstage Again Sing Panama

JAKARTA - David Lee Roth returned to stage this week with the band cover the all-star Royal Machines to play Van Halen's Panamanian song.

The show is a company event for Home Depot sales manager which took place at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas earlier this week.

"Have we had fun so far?" David asked the audience.

David isn't the only rock icon to decorate the night stage. Throughout their set, Royal Machine also joined Billy Idol, Linda Perry andani McDaniels of Run DMC.

As is known, David announced his resignation from the solid rock stage in 2021.

"I'm giving up. I'm retiring. This is the first, and the only, official announcement... you've got the news. Share it with the world," David said at the time.

The news comes nearly a year after the death of legendary guitarist Eddie Van Halen, who died of a stroke on October 6, 2020.

David revealed that he recently thought about his late bandmate so that he 'forced' to really pay off.

"I understand how short time is, and my time may even be shorter," he said.

Recently, David shared a solo version of the 1980 song Van Halen entitled Everybody Wants Some!!. This song arrived just a few months after another song that had never been released, Nothing Could Have Stopped Us Back Then Anyway was present. Of course, fans are a little skeptical of the singer's retirement.
