JAKARTA - British rock unit, Editors is back with a new single titled Heart Attack. The song marks their first new music since 2019.

With its pulsating electronic intensity and '80s-inspired synths and epics, Heart Attack is the perfect introduction to a new era of Editors.

"Heart Attack is an obsession song, about losing yourself to someone, a love song, a terrible love song," Smith said in a statement.

For the music video, Editors has teamed up with pioneering director and visual artist Felix Geen, who uses innovative AI technology to create a vast and dark visual journey.

Meanwhile, having previously collaborated with the Editors on the album Violence, Benjamin John Power has now permanently joined the band to usher in another bold chapter for the band that has never been creatively silent.

Heart Attack begins the next era of one of the UK's most compelling and enduring musical success stories in their 17 years of existence.

All six of the Editors' studio albums have entered the UK top 10, with two number one scoring music, and their debut, The Back Room, was selected for the Mercury Prize.
