JAKARTA - The move of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Erick Thohir (ET), in uncovering various cases of fraud in state-owned companies has attracted support, including from female students. General Chairperson of Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama (Fatayat NU) Margaret Aliyatul Maimunah who was met on Monday, October 9 said Erick Thohir's move deserves the support of the community, including female NU students.

We, women's students NU, and Indonesian women in general, must participate or at least support if there is an initiative to change for the better people and Indonesia," he added.

Not only appreciating Erick Thohir's breakthrough, which is predicted to be a strong candidate for vice president, Margaret also encourages other public figures to compete in performance and professionalism in building people and the nation.

"NU pesantren women are waiting for the next breakthrough for improvement and eradication of corruption in Indonesia," he concluded.
