JAKARTA – The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BCA) decided to distribute cash dividends from the 2021 financial year profit of IDR 31.4 trillion to shareholders of IDR 145 per share.
In today's official broadcast, the bank with the issuer code BBCA stated that the cash dividend includes an interim dividend for the 2021 financial year of IDR 25 per share which has been paid by the company to shareholders on December 7, 2021.
"So the remaining Rp120 per share will be distributed to shareholders on a date to be determined by the company's directors," BCA said on Thursday, March 17.
Furthermore, BBCA also decided to approve the resignation of Deputy President Director Suwignyo Budiman whose term of office ended.

In line with this decision, the company appointed Gregory Hendra Lembong as Vice President Director which is effective on the first working day of the following month after receiving approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
