In the distribution of FLPP funds, Adi Setianto reminded Channeling Banks to pay attention to the provisions for submitting disbursement, namely the fulfillment of the administration of the Prosperous KPR Verification Statement and the fulfillment of the Prosperous House ownership credit (KPR) provisions.

BP Tapera asks the Channeling Bank to ensure the correctness of the Statement Letter made by the Technical Reviewer, Construction Supervisor, or Construction Management regarding the proper functioning of the house building.

"This is in accordance with the attachment to the Cooperation Agreement file that was agreed between BP Tapera and the Channeling Bank in the 2022 FLPP Distribution Cooperation Agreement which was signed late last year," said Adi Setianto.

The growing public interest in the FLPP program can be seen from the data on submissions for FLPP disbursement at BP Tapera which on February 23, 2022 has reached 9.013 FLPP Prosperous KPR housing units worth IDR 994.3 billion.
