Schedule For The Round Of 16 Of The 2023 Badminton World Championships: Happy Fight 9 Indonesian Representatives!

JAKARTA The 2023 Badminton World Championship has entered the round of 16. Indonesia places nine of its representatives in this round.

The following is the complete schedule for their match in the round of 16 which takes place today, Thursday, August 24.

The details of the number of Indonesian representatives who passed were three men's doubles numbers, three mixed doubles, two women's doubles, and one representative in the women's singles sector.

Representing Indonesia from the men's doubles number are Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin, Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan, and Bagas Maulana/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri.

Leo/Daniel will meet Satwiksairaj Rankireddy/Chicago Shetty (India), Hendra/Ahsan meet He Ji Ting/Zhou Hao Dong (China), while Bagas/Fikri will face Takuro Hoki/Yugo Kobayashi (Japan).

Then in the mixed doubles, Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari will meet the Thai pair Dechapol Puavaranukroh/Sapsiree Taerattanachai.

Then Dejan Ferdinansyah/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja challenged Chinese representatives Zheng Siwei/Huang Yaqiong and Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Lisa Ayu Kusumawati vs Yuta Watanabe/Arisa Higashino (Japan).

For women's doubles, Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti were tested by Korean representatives Baek Ha-na/Lee So-hee. Meanwhile, Febriana Dwi Puji Kusuma/Amalia Cahaya Pratiwi faced Thailand's women's doubles Jongkolphan Kititharakul/Rawinda Prajongjai.

The only women's singles to qualify are Gregoria Mariska Tunjung. The 2017 junior world champion will meet Han Yue from China.
