Ibrahimovic's Joke At The Moment Of A Shoe Hangup: Even The Gods Are Sad Today

JAKARTA - Zlatan Ibrahimovic officially ended his career as a professional footballer. The moment of emotion occurred at the San Siro Stadium when Ibrahimovic said goodbye.

Even though the separation took place, the Swedish player slipped his pocket. Ibrahimovic even joked about the sadness of many parties about his decision to hang up his shoes, including the Gods.

"I saw that it was raining today and said: Even the Gods were sad today. Even my family didn't know what was going to happen today, I was like a zombie," said Ibrahimovic.

"I'm not kidding, I'm not talking. Three months ago, I still panicked about the idea of retiring but today I can accept it and it's ready. Indeed, there is a little sadness of course," continued the 41-year-old player.

When delivering their farewells to thousands of fans at the San Siro, Ibrahimovic couldn't hold back his tears. But the sadness and emotion eased when Ibrahimovic appeared in the press conference room.

At this moment Ibrahimovic then explained the reason he could not hold back his tears when standing in front of many people.

"People think Ibrahimovic is Superman. Yes, I am Superman, but also have a big heart," said former Inter Milan and Manchester United players.

"I looked around, trying to find the faces that gave me strength, but everyone was crying!"

"I saw the players, they all cried. Supporters cried. I saw my wife, I thought she would give me strength, but it turned out that she was crying and sader than the others," he explained.

Regarding the big decision to hang up his shoes, Ibrahimovic admitted that it was a tough moment and even made him have to think repeatedly for a few days. When he finally stated this to the public, Ibra guaranteed that he was ready for his decision.

"I keep saying that it has been enough for the last 10 days. I can accept that this career does not end on the pitch," said the player who often made the controversial action.

"What I experienced today was extraordinary, the memories I will always remember my whole life. I feel that my car just took me to Milanello and now we need to find a new destination," he said.
