JAKARTA - Ebanie Bridges has been named the new world champion after beating Maria Cecilia Roman on Saturday. But, that's not the only thing that makes a scene.

Before the game, Bridges cheekily offered promoter Eddie Hearn a pair of sunglasses during a weigh-in. As usual, the fighter took off his clothes.

Walking onto the stage in a pink tracksuit, Bridges quickly changed into the skimpy underwear her fans knew and loved.

But as she walked over to the scales, the hot Australian lady went straight to Matchroom's promoter and gave her sunglasses so she wouldn't have to look away awkwardly.

Previously, Bridges made Hearn blush when he took off his clothes while weighing. The promoter gasped and had to look up at the ceiling or the other way around when Bridges appeared on stage instead of looking directly at the boxer.

Meanwhile, after giving Hearn a surprise gift, Bridges turned to face the camera with a grin plastered on her face.

Hearn accepted the glasses but quickly shoved them into his pocket as the fighter climbed onto the scales.

As Bridges weighed in, Hearn once again made sure to take his eyes off the scantily clad boxer. She then posed between the 35-year-old and her opponent Roman, who is the IBF women's bantamweight champion.

Ebanie went strong and dominated reigning champions Argentina from the start to claim the IBF Bantamweight title. He put in an outstanding performance by constantly keeping the pressure on to beat his technically stronger opponent.

Bridges has shown drastic improvement since her world title loss to Shannon Courtenay by unanimous decision in April last year. And he was rewarded with three judges who conclusively awarded him victories with incredible scores of 100-91, 97-93, and 97-93 in the 20-minute contest.

The blonde-haired girl displayed unrelenting enthusiasm despite being tired from the midpoint of the battle. Roman's superb defense thwarted most of his powerful hook and punch combos, but Bridges was able to land enough punches to sway the judges.
