JAKARTA - The former Chelsea player made a big name for himself in MMA after retiring from football almost ten years ago.
Brazil's Ricardo Prasel, who holds a 12-3 record, won his KSW debut on Saturday night.
In the contest held by Poland's leading MMA promoter, Prasel defeated heavyweight Michal Kita by TKO in the second round.
In fact, the 31-year-old fighter almost lost in the first round after receiving a hard blow from his opponent.

Looking back a little. The Latin American fighter started his Premier League life at Chelsea when he was 18 years old, after stints with Atletico Paranaense Joinville, and Juventus-SP.

Injuries then hit Prasel and he moved to Belgium, before retiring early at the age of 22 due to a hip injury. He then tried his hand at his country.
In 2019 he almost found his way to the UFC, but after losing a fight he decided to focus his attention on Europe.
