DENPASAR - Bali Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya said as many as 226 foreign nationals (WNA) were prosecuted by the police for being involved in a crime during 2024 on the Island of the Gods.
"In 2024, 226 foreign nationals were arrested for being involved as perpetrators of general, special, and drug crimes," said Daniel during a year-end press conference in Denpasar, Monday, December 30.
Daniel stated that this number increased compared to the same record in 2023, where last year there were 194 foreigners who became perpetrators of criminal acts in the jurisdiction of the Bali Police.
