SURABAYA - Chairman of the Strategic Coordinator of the National Campaign Team (TKN) Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Sufmi Dasco asked cadres of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) party in East Java not to be influenced by the issue of the involvement of state officials in winning.

"Instead of making a fuss about issues that are not true, all party members in KIM are better off concentrating on thinking about strategies, socialization, and winning steps for Prabowo-Gibran in East Java," said Dasco after the Indonesia Maju Coalition Gathering event in East Java Province in Surabaya, reported by ANTARA, Monday, November 13.

East Java is a contested region in the context of the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres).

"Friends of coalitions, you can compete with each other in the legislative elections (Pileg) but must be united and unite to win Prabowo-Gibran in East Java," he said.

Dasco also believes that all party administrators who carry Prabowo-Gibran are figures with high loyalty and are committed to realizing victory at next year's democratic party honestly and elegantly.

"Everything is compact like this, it can also be consolidated, so it would be very harassing for us if there was such slander (involvement of the state apparatus)," he said.

The issue of the involvement of state officials in the installation of the Prabowo-Gibran billboard is a ripple that was deliberately blown to interfere with winning preparations.

"We only use billboards for billboards, not political parties. Apart from political parties, we have a lot of volunteers," he said.

On the other hand, all coalition ranks in East Java must maintain their norms when carrying out political work in the Prabowo-Gibran winning mission, especially in East Java.

"But don't be arrogant, complacent, don't work, don't rely on just one name, but you have to go together in the East Java TKD (Regional Campaign Team) to introduce Prabowo-Gibran in East Java," he said.

Previously, the Secretary of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) Nusron Wahid said he did not use state officials to win the presidential-vice presidential candidate pair Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the Presidential Election.
