More than 120 joint officers struggled to extinguish a residential fire that devoured seven housing units in the Jalan Veteran area, Gang Anugerah, Melayu Village, Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan (Kalsel).

"Alhamdulillah, there were no casualties, one person was slightly injured, the fire had been completely extinguished," said Head of the Banjarmasin City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Husni Thamrin in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Monday, November 13, confiscated by Antara.

Husni said the information he received was related to obstacles in the field, namely that the house building made of wood caused the fire to spread quickly. However, water sources at the location are available so that the extinguishing process can be carried out quickly.
