Hasto Will Report Prabowo Volunteers To The Police, Djarot PDIP: What's Wrong?

JAKARTA - The chairman of the PDI-P (PDIP) DPP Djarot Saiful Hidayat responded to the report of PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto to the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit which will be carried out by Prabowo Mania 08. He admitted that he was surprised by the volunteer reporting.

"What's wrong with what Mr. Hasto said," Djarot told reporters at the PDIP DPP office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Thursday, September 21.

It is known that Hasto had recently mentioned the issue of squeezing that was allegedly carried out by Prabowo Subianto, who now serves as Minister of Defense. He responded that there was no smoke if there was no fire and mentioned the character of people who did not change easily.

Djarot emphasized that Hasto's statement was correct. "If I'm not mistaken, he said this, the character is the same," he said.

"I'm East Jowo (I'm East Javanese) nek watuk (if you cough) it's easy to recover, easy to be sane. Drinking cough medicine can heal. But if the character, Javanese, you know, yes, 'angel Iku (it's hard), angel (hard) to heal'," he continued.

Previously, Prabowo Mania intended to report PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto to the police. He is suspected of being the intellectual actor behind the Prabowo issue of slapping and strangling Deputy Minister of Agriculture (Wamentan) Harvick Hasnul Qolbi.

"If Mr. Hasto, we will also report it because it seems as if he is legitimizing the incident. Moreover, he said 'no maybe there is no smokeless fire'. It's like that," said Prabowo Mania 08 Chairman, Immanuel Ebenezer.

"This means that we can see that the actor behind this dirty narrative, maybe he is an intellectual actor," he continued.

However, the legal steps to report Hasto to the police were not taken today. Immanuel said that his party would make preparations first.

"So once again we emphasize, Hasto is also the part that we will report. But we are preparing, formulating what kind of legal steps. But what is certain is that we will report it," said Immanuel.

"Not today, today the proxies are the first," he continued.
