Bandung Police arrested a motorcyclist with the initials RG (18) who was roaming around while harassing female students on Panyaungan Street, Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency, West Java.
Bandung Police Chief Kombes Kusworo Wibowo said the incident was caught on CCTV cameras belonging to residents on Wednesday (13/9) and the victim immediately reported to the Cangkuang Police, Bandung Regency.
"The incident occurred on September 13, 2023 by the suspect and the victim reported on September 15, 2023. After two hours of receiving the report, we managed to secure the suspect RG (18)," said Kusworo at a press conference at the Bandung Police Headquarters, reported by ANTARA, Friday, September 15.
Kusworo revealed that the suspect RG (18) carried out his action when he was about to go home after delivering goods, considering that the perpetrator had a job as a courier for goods.
"When he came home from work to the house, there were two high school students. Then by using his left hand, he committed obscene acts against the victim," he said.
