The Electability Of The Lowest AMIN Pair In The SMRC Survey, Cak Imin: So PKB, NasDem And PKS Motivation Move Fast

JAKARTA - The candidate for vice president (readwapres) of the Change Coalition Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin), responded to the results of the latest survey by Saiful Mujani Research and Consulting (SMRC) which placed the electability of himself and Anies Baswedan at the lowest in the simulation of 3 pairs of candidates.

Cak Imin said the survey results would be a motivation for the Change Coalition to move quickly to increase the electability of the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar pair or the AMIN pair.

"Yes, thank you, this motivates PKB, PKS and NasDem to move quickly and effectively to reverse the results of the survey, God willing, there is still time for us to work hard," said Cak Imin at the PKS DPP office, South Jakarta, Friday, September 15 evening.

The PKB general chairman said that every political party in the Change Coalition would take steps to map votes in the regions. Next, it will be synchronized in the winning team meeting.

"All steps, each party has a plan, has a design, it's just a synchronization," he said.

Even so, Cak Imin said there was no agenda for the AMIN pair in the near future. According to him, the new agendas will be discussed tomorrow by a team filled with PKB, NasDem and PKS. Including the determination of the winning team.

"Not yet, later, it will only be finalized tomorrow," he said.

Previously, the results of the latest SMRC survey stated that the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) pair had the lowest electability as candidates for presidential and vice-presidential candidates even though it had been officially declared.

In the simulation of 3 candidate pairs, Anies-Cak Imin only won 16.5 percent when compared to the pair Prabowo Subianto-Erick Thohir and Ganjar Pranowo-Ridwan Kamil.

Meanwhile, Ganjar-Ridwan Kamil's electability was highest at 35.4 percent. Followed by Prabowo-Erick 31.7 percent.

"This is a public reaction a few days after Anies-Muhaimin's declaration. The hope that the pair's votes will increase after the declaration has not occurred. If we think positively, maybe because the political engine is not hot and voters need time to queue to enter the Anies-Muhaimin box," said Saiful Mujani.
