KPK Duga Kuncoro Asks To Create Fictitious Documents For The Distribution Of PKH Rice Social Assistance

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating allegations of making fictitious documents related to the distribution of social assistance (bansos) for the Family Hope Program (PKH). It is suspected that the former President Director (Managing Director) of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) Logistics as well as former President Director of PT Transjakarta, M Kuncoro Wibowo gave direct orders.

Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said this allegation was investigated by two witnesses. They are former Kadivre Lampung PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa, Slamet Baedowi and former Kadivre Medan PT BGR, Sumarsono.

"It was also investigated regarding the alleged order of the MKW suspect to make various fictitious documents related to the distribution of the social assistance in question," Ali told reporters, Tuesday, August 29.

Ali did not specify what fictitious documents Kuncoro ordered. However, from the two witnesses, investigators also investigated the process of distributing social assistance rice in Lampung and Medan.

Previously, the KPK named six people as suspects in the alleged corruption in the distribution of PKH rice assistance at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). They are the former President Director (Managing Director) of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) Logistics who is also the former President Director of PT Transjakarta, M Kuncoro Wibowo (MKW); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada (PTP) Ivo Wongkaren (IW).

Then, the Commercial Director of PT BGR, Budi Susanto (BS); Vice President (VP) Operation of PT BGR, April Chuniawan (AC); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT PTP, Roni Ramdani (RR); and GM PT PTP, Richard Cahyanto (RC). Of that number, three have been detained, namely Ivo, Roni, and Richard.

In this case, the KPK revealed that there was a state loss of up to Rp. 127.5 billion. Meanwhile, Ivo, Richard, and Roni received a profit of Rp. 18.8 billion and investigators will still investigate.
