AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan's Son Sued 1.5 Years In Prison

The Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office has demanded the son of AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan (AH), Aditiya Hasibuan, for one year and six months in the case of persecution of Ken Admiral.

"Yes, he has been prosecuted at the trial for one year and six months," said Public Prosecutor Rahmi Shafrina as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, August 16.

The defendant Aditiya Hasibuan is considered to have fulfilled the elements of committing a criminal act of persecution and destroying car rearview mirrors against the victim Ken Admira.

"The defendant's actions are in accordance with the first indictment of subsidiary Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and the second 406 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code," said Rahmi.

The aggravating thing was the actions of the defendant Aditiya Hasibuan because it resulted in injuries to the Ken Admiral victim, and the destruction of the victim's car rearview mirror.

"Meanwhile, mitigating politeness in court is still easy to improve, never punished, admit and regret his actions," said Rahmi.

The panel of judges chaired by Nelson Panjaitan will continue the trial of Aditya's case with the agenda of a memorandum of defense (pledoi) next week.

In the indictment, explained on Sunday 11 December 2022 at 16:00 WIB, the victim's witness sent a message via Instagram message to the defendant to ask what the relationship with witness Savira Husna who was a close friend of the victim. Then the victim cursed the defendant through the message.

In short, on December 21, 2023, the defendant saw the victim at the Tasbi I Complex in Medan. Then at around 02.30 WIB, Ken Admiral and his friend went to the defendant's house on Jalan Guru Sinumba Medan, to ask for compensation and account for the beating.

Then, the defendant came out with witnesses Nico Setiawan and Achiruddin and others. Furthermore, the defendant came to the victim's witness and then between the victim's witness and the defendant was involved in an argument, at that time the defendant hit the victim's head and face.
