The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands, secured 13 charity boxes or donation boxes without official permit documents from the government. Most of the charity boxes are used to raise funds from the community for the benefit of development or certain activities. "We do not prohibit anyone from raising funds from the community. However, it must be accompanied by official permits in accordance with applicable regulations," he said. Ahmad said his party was still waiting for the owner of the charity box to explain the use of the funds raised and bring complete licensing documents to ensure that activities did not violate the law. "I suggest that restaurant managers and restaurants or other places of business, if someone entrusts a charity box to raise funds, they should first ask about the completeness of the permit," he said.

Currently, his party is still in a persuasive stage so that every time there is a fundraising activity from the community, they must have official permission from the competent authority. "We will continue to carry out surveillance in the field to anticipate violations of regional regulations," said Ahmad Fauzi.
