The Operations Control Center (Pusdalops) of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) noted that one resident was still missing due to floods and landslides that hit Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra.

The affected areas include 2x11 Anam Lingkuang District, 2x11 Kayu Tanam District, Anam Lingkuang District, Batang Anai District, V Koto District, VII Koto District, Nan Sabarais District, Sintuak Toboh Gadang District, Ulakan Tapakih District, Lubuak Aluang District, Pamuran District, East Koto V District and Koto Sungai Sariak District.
"Until now BPBD Kab. Padang Pariaman and the joint team are still in affected locations to carry out disaster emergency responses, quickly assess the situation, search for missing victims, evacuate affected residents and distribute logistical assistance," he explained.
Apart from Padang Pariaman, floods and landslides also hit Padang City and Agam Regency. In Padang City, it was reported that a number of sub-districts were submerged in Nanggalo District, South Padang District, North Padang District, Koto Tangah District.
Hundreds of houses were flooded with a depth of 30 to 100 cm. Landslides and fallen trees also occurred at several points.
For the Agam area, several jorongs in Nagari Koto Malintang were hit by floods and landslides were quite severe. Landslides had closed the road in Jorong Muko-Muko, but they had been cleared.
