27 Lukas Enembe's Assets Confiscated By The KPK: Rp81 Billion To Tumbler Contains Gold Seeds

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated 27 assets of the inactive Papua Governor Lukas Enembe allegedly related to money laundering. The value is thought to have reached hundreds of billions of rupiah.

"The assets allegedly obtained by suspect LE from corruption in the form of receiving gifts or promises and gratuities related to infrastructure development projects in Papua Province as well as other corruption crimes," KPK Deputy Chairman Alexander Marwata told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, June 26.

As for the bribery and gratification case, the KPK has arrested Lukas Enembe along with two other suspects. They are the Head of the PUPR Service of the Papua Provincial Government, Gerius One Yoman, and the Director of PT Tabi Bangun Papua, Rijantono Lakka.

The following are the details of Lukas' assets confiscated by the KPK because they are suspected of being related to money laundering:

1. Money worth Rp. 81,628,693,000;2. Money worth 5,100 US dollars;3. The land area of 2,199 m2 along with the roof building in Jayapura is worth Rp1,099,500,000; 10. 2,000 m2 land along with a building in Jayapura worth Rp1 billion; 11.11.1 units of apartments in Jakarta worth Rp.510,000,000;12.1 units of apartments in Jakarta worth Rp700,000,000; 13.1 unit of type 36 houses in West Koya worth Rp. 184,000,000;14.
