JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto confirmed that he did not know the figure of Idris Froyoto Sihite who had mentioned that he had obtained three investigation letters from him.

Meanwhile, the Acting Director General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources mentioned Karyoto's name when asked by investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

In fact, the two-star general invited all parties who believed he was involved in the leaking of KPK investigation documents to prove it.

The former Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK also stated that if he was involved in the series of cases, the KPK Council should have examined him. However, until now no summons has been sent for him.

For information, Idris had mentioned three pieces of paper that allegedly contained allegations of corruption related to mining products from mineral and coal processing came from Karyoto.
