Parked In Front Of House, Scoopy B 3835 PHL Motorcycle Owned By Lawyers Taken Away By Thieves

JAKARTA - A motorbike theft incident occurred to a victim of a lawyer with the initials MZ, a resident of RW 06, Kampung Rawa Village, Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta. MZ was shocked when he found out that his motorbike had disappeared because of the motorbike theft perpetrators.

"My motorbike was parked in front of a Honda Scoopy type house with police number (Nopol) B 3835 PHL," MZ told reporters, Thursday, February 2.

The perpetrator's actions were caught on CCTV surveillance cameras at the scene. The victim said that the perpetrator was known to have worn shorts, a t-shirt, and a helmet when he was in action.

"This is the first time a motorbike theft has occurred," he said.

Meanwhile, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police, AKP Suprayogo, confirmed the theft of the motorbike. The victim has reported to the Johar Baru Police.

"Yes, the victim has reported it. The motorbike was parked outside, the perpetrator used a T key or something, he was immediately taken," he said.

Currently, the Johar Baru Police are still investigating the case. The police are also continuing to examine witnesses to CCTV to hunt down the perpetrators.

"We are still asking for information from the victim and neighbors. (CCTV) we ask, that's evidence of clues," he said.
