The Session Was Merged, Bharada E, Bripka RR And Kuat Ma'ruf Without A Partition On The Right Of Meeting Room

JAKARTA - The panel of judges decided to combine the trial of the premeditated murder case Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J for the defendants Richard Eliezer alias Bharada E, Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR, and Kuat Ma'ruf.

Based on VOI's observation, the defendants Bharada E, Bripka RR, and Kuat Ma'ruf sat with their respective legal advisers to the right of the South Jakarta District Court courtroom.

The witnesses in this trial, for the first cluster, five witnesses were presented. They include swab officers at Smart Co Lab, Nevi Afrilia and Ishbah Azka Tilawah; ambulance driver, Ahmad Syahrul Ramadhan.

Then, Legal Counsel at the provider PT. XL Axiata, Viktor Kamang; and Security and Tech Compliance Support Officer at PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel) provider, Bimantara Jayadiputro.

The joining of the defendants in the follow-up trial of Brigadier J's murder case this time was based on input from the Public Prosecutor (JPU). The reason for the merger is that the witnesses who will be presented are the same.

"Monday's trial plan will be combined with the cases of defendant KM and defendant RR," said one member of the prosecutor's team, Paris Manalu.

In this case, Bharada E, Bripka RR, and Kuat Ma'ruf were jointly charged with Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi for the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

As a result of their actions, they were charged with violating Article 338 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
