76th Anniversary Of Bhayangkara, Central Java Police Involves Community In Several Social Programs

SEMARANG – Deputy Chief of the Central Java Police Brigadier General Abiyoso Seno Aji explained that the Central Java Police will involve the community in a number of activities to commemorate the 76th Anniversary of Bhayangkara.

“The Central Java Police also held a number of activities that showcased the various achievements of the Police and the community in maintaining Kamtibmas. As well as activities that involve layers of society and to improve the public's image and love for the Police," said Deputy Chief of Police Abiyoso as chairman of the committee, in a written statement received.

The series of activities held by the Central Java Police in welcoming the 76th Anniversary of Bhayangara included the Blood Donor Health Service on June 7, which culminated in cleft lip surgery at the hospital. Bhayangkara will be held on 15 June.

Furthermore, said Abi, on June 14, a shooting competition will be held which will be participated by members of the National Police and the general public at the Pasadena Brimob Company.

The Central Java Police will also hold a happy bicycle ride which will be attended by the Indonesian National Police, Bhayangkari, a number of Bike Racing Teams, and the Media on June 19.

Various social services and social assistance activities, continued Abi, will be held on June 20, including religious services by cleaning a number of places of worship, distributing basic necessities to communities affected by COVID-19, orphanages, and nursing homes.

Mako cleaning competition in all ranks will be held on June 21. On June 22, the washing of the pataka will be carried out as part of the glorification of tribrata values.

The Central Java Police are also planning to hold an anjangsana activity for a number of retired and veteran Polri officers on June 23.

On June 24, a Casual Bike Ride was held again, which was attended by a number of Police Headquarters officials at the Police Academy.

"For this casual bicycle activity, the plan is to break the MURI record with the route from the National Police Headquarters to the Police Academy," he said

Meanwhile, on June 29, a pilgrimage and flower-laying activity will be held at the Heroes' Cemetery and Soldier's Grave with the Bhayangkaris. On that date, the 3 pillars Nusantara Gemilang activity was also carried out with the National Police Headquarters.

On the evening of June 30, a tradition of communal prayer is also held which is routinely held on the night before July 1.

"The highlight of the event is the Bhayangkara Day Ceremony on July 1 by the Semarang Police and the Central Java Police which is planned to be held at Pancasila Square, Simpang Lima Semarang. The plan is to serve as the inspector of ceremonies by the Governor of Central Java. On this occasion, a number of special equipment and police demonstrations will also be exhibited," concluded Abi.
