Illegal Breast Filler Injector That Killed Woman In Hotel, Turns Out To Buy Silicone Liquid At Chemical Store

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tamansari Police have finally uncovered the case of finding the body of a woman with the initials RCD (35) who died in a hotel room in the Mangga Besar area, Tamansari District, West Jakarta. The police confirmed that the victim died due to malpractice of breast fillers.

"It is known that the victim died due to malpractice of breast fillers", said Head of Public Relations of the West Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Moch Taufik Iksan, when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, February 22.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Tamansari Sector Police, AKBP Rohman Yongky Dilatha, said the victim was found dead with blood and silicone fluid from her breasts.

Yongky said that before being found dead the victim had made an appointment to meet someone with the initials WR at a hotel. The meeting was to carry out breast filler injections by the perpetrators 2 times.

Yongky also explained that in 2011 the victim asked the perpetrator to inject breast filler. Then on Friday, February 18, 2022, the victim was injected with filler again because her breasts had started to loosen.

The victim checked in at the hotel room at the scene of the incident on Thursday, February 17th. Yongky said, the WR perpetrator departed from Cikupa and was picked up by a man with the initials AF in the Kebon Jeruk area, West Jakarta.

"The perpetrator before meeting the victim first bought silicone fluid at the chemical shop. Meanwhile, the anesthetic (lidocaine) injection and needles, as well as Ponstan and amoxicillin drugs, had been brought by the perpetrator", explained Yongky.

Arriving at the hotel, AF and WR went into room 401 to meet the patient, the victim of RCD. Not long after, WR gave RCD an anesthetic first. After that, WR injected 1000 ml of silicone into both RCD breasts. Each breast is injected with 500 ml of silicone.

"The injection cost is IDR 4 million", said Yongky Police Chief.

The victim sent money by transfer of IDR 1.5 million and gave cash of IDR 2.5 million. The payment, Yongky said, was received by WR.

After the injection, WR was picked up again by AF and sent to Kebon Jeruk to take the bus home to Cikupa. AF, who received a service fee of IDR 500 thousand, took home and kept the injection equipment, anesthetic fluid, and the rest of the silicone fluid at his home.

Saturday, February 19, 2022, at around 13.00 WIB, the victim of RCD was found by the hotel staff dead on the bed with both breasts broken.

The Tamansari Police Criminal Investigation Unit who received the report immediately carried out an investigation and chase.

"The two perpetrators were arrested in two different locations. The suspect WR was arrested in the Cikupa area, Tangerang, and the suspect AF was arrested in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta", he said.

From the results of the police investigation, WR worked as an illegal silicone breast injector with no medical expertise. WR has been in the illegal business since 2004.

The suspect was charged with Articles 197 and 198 Jo 106 UURI No. 36 of 2009, concerning health with a threat of 10 years in prison or a fine of IDR 1.5 billion.
