JAKARTA - Israeli army forces have placed a box filled with explosives near the gate of Kamal Adwan Hospital in North Gaza, according to a video shown on Monday.
A video footage shared by the Hospital Director, Hussam Abu Safiya, shows an Israeli vehicle lowering a wooden box with a dangerous symbol (triangular with an exciting sign) outside one of the hospital gates.
"Israeli occupation vehicles, using robotic devices, place explosive boxes at the hospital gates," Abu Safiya said in a post on Facebook.
He said Israeli forces recently blew up residential buildings near hospitals using similar explosive devices.
On Monday morning, Abu Safiya warned that the medical facility was facing bombings by Israel every day, which he said was part of an intentional act of killing and forced forced transfer.
Israel has continued large-scale ground operations in North Gaza since October 5 which it claims to prevent Palestinian resistance group Hamas from reuniting.
However, Palestinians accused Israel of trying to occupy the territory and forcibly moving its residents.
Since then, no adequate humanitarian aid, including food, medicine, and fuel, has been allowed into the region, leaving the remaining population on the verge of immediate hunger.
Israel's attack on Northern Gaza is the latest episode in Israel's brutal war on the Gaza Strip that has killed more than 45,300 people, mostly women and children, since October 7, 2023.
Last month, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Israel's Chief Authority Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Chief Yoav Gallant on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel is also facing genocide cases at the International Court (ICJ) related to the war launched in Gaza.
