Amazon Launches Tracking and Returns Feature for Buy with Prime Customers
JAKARTA - Amazon launched a series of new features for buyers with Buy with Prime, a service that allows Prime members to shop directly from third-party traders and benefit Prime such as free delivery and returns.
Some of these new features are the ability to track Buy with Prime orders on their Amazon account on Amazon.com or mobile apps, get 24-7 live chat customer service, and return orders, for eligible with more delivery.
"We continue to innovate in Buy with Prime offerings, so Prime members get access to more choices and a comfortable shopping experience, even when shopping outside Amazon.com," said Peter Larsen, Vice President for Buy with Prime, Amazon in its official announcement, quoted Wednesday, November 15.
All your orders, all in one place: Prime Members can now view and track orders made on brand sites that offer Buy with Prime using their Amazon accounts, both on Amazon.com and on Amazon mobile apps.
Get live chat support 24/7: Prime members can now gain access to customer service provided by Amazon on behalf of Buy with Prime traders. They can use the live chat feature on the order details page, where they connect with trained Amazon representatives to get human-assisted 24-hour customer service for orders.

Easy returns are becoming easier: Prime Members can also take advantage of the return process without complexities. Customers can choose from a number of convenient delivery locations including the location of the UPS Store, Whole Foods Market, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Go stores, without packing or labeling goods.
The main member simply carries goods in the original manufacturer's packaging and QR code generated after starting to return to the selected delivery location "no boxes, no labels, no need to bother."
Trustworthy reviews, now on sites outside Amazon: Buyers can now view authentic reviews from Amazon, including Amazon's already known star ranking on product pages outside Amazon for participating brands offering Buy with Prime.
