Today, KPK Prosecutor Presents Former Kabasarnas At The Corruption Court
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will present former Head of the National Search and Rescue Agency (Kabasarnas) Henri Alfiandi in the trial of the alleged bribery case related to the project at Basarnas, Monday 6 November. The trial was held at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN Jakpus).
Henri was presented as a witness for the accused President Commissioner of PT Multi Grafika Cipta Sejati Mulsunadi Gunawan, President Director of PT Intertekno Grafika Sejati Marilya, and President Director of PT Kunji Abadi Utama, Roni Aidil.
"Today, for the agenda of examining witnesses in the case of the defendant Mulsunadi Gunawan and his friends, the KPK prosecutor team will present witness Henri Alfiandi," said Head of the KPK News Section, Ali Fikri, Monday, November 6.
Apart from Henri, the KPK prosecutor will also present the Kabasarnas Administrative Coordinator (Koorsmin), Afri Budi Cahyanto and the Secretary of Kabasarnas, Ika Kusumawati. Their information is needed by the KPK to prove the charges against the defendants.
The alleged corruption case in the Basarnas environment began in 2021 when Basarnas held a number of auctions or job project tenders announced through Basarnas electronic procurement services (LPSE) and can be accessed by the general public.
In 2023, Basarnas will again hold job project tenders, such as procuring debris detection equipment worth Rp 9.9 billion, procuring public safety diving equipment worth Rp 17.4 billion, and procuring ROV for KN SAR Ganesha (year 2023-2024) worth Rp 89.9 billion.

To win these projects, President Commissioner of PT Multi Grafika Cipta Sejati Mulsunadi Gunawan, President Director of PT Intertekno Grafika Sejati Marilya, and President Director of PT Krandah Abadi Utama Roni Aidil, are suspected of having a personal approach to Henri Alfiandi (HA) and Budi Cahyanto (ABC).
During the approach, it is suspected that there was an agreement to provide a sum of 10% of the contract value as a fee. The amount of this fee is allegedly determined by HA.
