Bombarded With 55 Questions Related To Corruption In The Practice Room Of SMKN 1 Gomo, Deputy Director Of CV. KBA Detained By South Nias Kejari
NORTH SUMATRA - The Prosecutor's Office detained the Deputy Director (Wadir) of CV. The KBA with the initials EYM after being bombarded with 55 questions related to the alleged corruption case in the construction of the practice room for food crop and horticultural agribusiness students at SMKN 1 Gomo in South Nias Regency for the 2021 fiscal year.
"Previously, EYM was examined with the status of a witness for four hours from 13.30 a.m. by the investigative team," said Head of the Intelligence Section of the South Nias District Attorney's Office, Hironimus Taponao via cell phone, Wednesday, September 13, confiscated by Antara.
He said the suspect EYM was given dozens of questions by the South Nias Kejari investigator team to find out his involvement in the construction of the practice room for the agribusiness students of food crops and the SMKN holticulture.
"Regarding the value of the construction contract of Rp. 1,161,123,649.53, which is sourced from the 2021 special allocation fund (DAK)," said Hironimus.
Hironimus said the South Nias Kejari had calculated state losses from this case worth Rp. 200,326,000.
"This is based on the report on the results of the examination of the calculation of state financial losses from the auditor of the North Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate Number: 700.1.2.3/1992/ITPROVSU dated July 13, 2023," he said.

For his actions, the suspect EYM was threatened with criminal penalties in Article 2 in conjunction with Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 paragraph (1) letter b of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
"For this case, it is possible that there will be other suspects based on evidence and evidence that has been obtained by investigators," he said.
