VENTENY Records Positive Performance In Semester I 2023
JAKARTA - PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk (VTNY), today Tuesday 12 September, held a public expose (Pubex) at Westin Hotel Jakarta which was also broadcast virtually.
Some of the important points discussed at the Public Expose today include the presentation of VENTENY's positive performance in the first half of 2023, the announcement of a corporate rating from Indonesian Credit Rating (KRI), VENTENY's collaboration with strategic partners and VENTENY's commitment to the Environment, Social, and Government (ESG) program.
VENTENY recorded a positive performance in the first semester of 2023. In the first half of 2023, the Company recorded a profit of Rp9.3 billion, growing from Rp3.8 billion recorded in the first half of 2022 or an increase of 2.47x. The increase in profit that occurred was the result of the Company's revenue growth of Rp29.2 billion in the first half of 2022 to Rp58.9 billion in the first half of 2023, growing 2x in the same period the previous year.
This positive performance was generated through the increasing spread of productive funding for MSME actors. Currently, it has been recorded that more than 9,600 MSMEs have received funding channels from VENTENY. In addition, this positive performance is supported by the performance of VENTENY Fmployee Superapp which experienced a rapid increase, driven by a significant increase in GMV of 1,5296 in the first semester of 2023 compared to the same period the previous year.
"VENTENY sees that Superapp's growth potential is still very large. The Active rate VENTENY Employe Superapp is currently at 254, where the presentation is bigger than the market average. In addition, at the Public Expose 2023, it was stated that PT VENTENY Fortuna International, Tbk. (VTNY) won the BBB# Stable Outlook corporate rating from a credit rating agency, Indonesian Credit Rating (KRI) for the period 22 August 2023 to 1 September 2024.

Geographically, VENTENY has added a Representative Office in Palembang, South Sumatra to expand financial access to MSMEs and empower human resources in the regions.
