Fun Playing In Neighbor's Pulse Counter, 6-Year-Old Boy In South Tangerang Dies Of Electrocution

TANGERANG - A boy with the initials DLR (6) was declared dead after being electrocuted in front of a pulse counter on Jalan Lio, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang.

Pondok Aren Police Chief, Kompol Bambang Askar Sodiq confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Sunday, September 10, at 22.30 WIB.

"Yes, that's right. Died, allegedly electrocuted or electrocuted," said Bambang when confirmed, Monday, September 11.

Bambang explained that the incident began when the victim was playing in front of the pulse counter, then DLR allegedly touched the cable under the window. Suddenly, the victim immediately fell and was unconscious.

"The child's information is that he is holding a cable in the area under the storefront where a cable may be peeling off. The victim suddenly fell," he said.

Frengki as the owner of the credit counter with the victim's parents immediately took DLR to Aqidah Hospital, Ciledug, Tangerang City. Unfortunately, the victim was declared dead.

"Take it to Aqidah Hospital for treatment, then declared Dead," he said.

Furthermore, even though the victim died, the family did not take this case to court because the pulse counter was responsible for the death of DLR.

Between parents and owners of this counter is like family. The owner of the counter is responsible for all hospital and funeral arrangements and there is an agreement from the parents of the deceased not to sue and be sincere because this is a disaster," he concluded.
