Clubhouse Now Becomes An Audio Messaging App, Here's How To Use It!
JAKARTA - Clubhouse redesigned its audio-based social media, now more like messaging apps launched today for Android and iOS users.
This large update is designed to be more social than any other messaging app centered on a new format called Chat or Chat
The company says chats will act like Instagram Stories where groups where users contribute with their voices.
Users can start Chat by recording audio messages, then sending the Chat to friends. Then, they can log in and add their own voice recordings to create a kind of collage or audio conversation.
"Our goal is to make it 100x easier for you to be with friends all day long, meet friends unexpectedly, and get to know new friends through existing group friends even if you don't have much or a lot of friends at Clubhouse for free," Clubhouse said in its announcement, quoted Thursday, September 7th.

"We've been testing it for some time and we're really excited to share it with you."
With Chat, users can press to talk, listen to 2x, tap on to skip, shift to the next Chat, and slide to a friend's VM for private chat.
Launching The Verge, users can still create a live social audio room that makes Clubhouse popular at its initial launch.
From the home screen, the user immediately taps the microphone button, then scrolls it to the tap option for live broadcasts that start the room.
"You can still have live spaces, and the space will continue to be the main part of the Clubhouse, as usual," said Clubhouse.
