The Mutilator Who Leaked His Victim In Semarang Is Threatened With Life In Prison
JATENG - Muhammad Husen (28), a suspect in the murder of Irwan Hutagalung (53), whose body was mutilated and found in a concrete casting in Semarang City, faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
Head of the General Crimes Section of the Semarang City Prosecutor's Office, Rizky Pratama, said that the case file and the suspect in the murder case that occurred in May 2023 had been declared complete and transferred to the public prosecutor.
According to him, the suspect was charged with a subsidiary article, namely Article 340 or Article 338 or Article 339 of the Criminal Code regarding premeditated murder.

Rizky said that the filing of the case did take a long time for police investigators.
He explained that one of the prosecutors asked the police to complete the file with a psychiatric examination whose results can be accounted for

Previously, the body of a man suspected of being a murder victim was found dead with a concrete casting at a water refill on Jalan Mulawarman Raya, Semarang City, on May 8, 2023.
The victim, known as Irwan Hutagalung, was killed by mutilation and casting by Muhammad Husen, who was his employee.
