The Directorate For Migrant Worker Affairs Was Ransacked By The KPK, Ministry Of Manpower Commitment To Cooperatives

The Ministry of Manpower stated that it was cooperative and supportive of various law enforcement processes in Indonesia following the KPK's search.

"Today we have the arrival of the KPK Team, especially the directorate that handles the affairs of migrant workers who were previously referred to as the Directorate of PTKLN," said Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Manpower, Chairul Fadhly Harahap in his statement, Friday, August 18.

He said that his party did not yet know what details related to the arrival of the KPK Team.

"When this statement was delivered, friends from the KPK had left the Ministry of Manpower. We don't know in detail yet, but I heard it was related to activities a few years ago," he said.

Chairul also again emphasized that his party would always cooperate with the law enforcement process in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

"In principle, we are ready to support and be open to providing information regarding this issue when the information is complete. Of course, we also respect and follow procedures according to applicable regulations," he said.
