Investigate State Losses, North Penajam Paser Prosecutor's Office Immediately Forms Illegal Coal Mining Mafia Task Force
The Prosecutor's Office is investigating illegal coal mining activities in Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) Regency, East Kalimantan (Kaltim).
Head of the Special Crimes Section (Kasi Pidsus) of the PPU District Attorney (Kejari) Abram Namibia Putra Tambunan said illegal coal mining has the potential to cause state losses.
