Planting Cannabis Trees, 3 Men In Sukabumi Arrested By Police
SUKABUMI - The Sukabumi City Police Team arrested three youths from Tipar Village, Sukabumi City, West Java because they deliberately planted marijuana to be rederived.
"The three suspects with the initials FP (35) were arrested at his home, then developed and arrested EYG (36) and ASM (38) on the same day," said Sukabumi City Police Narcotics Head AKP Yudi Wahyudi as reported by ANTARA, Friday, July 28.
According to information gathered from the police, the disclosure of this case of cannabis plant production began with information from residents who were then developed and succeeded in arresting FP.
From the results of the search, the police found evidence of a number of marijuana trees and hard drugs in his house.
The FP suspect confessed to the police that the cannabis planting activity was not only carried out alone, but with two of his colleagues.
Receiving this information, the Sukabumi Police Narcotics Unit personnel then went to the Selajambe area and arrested EYG and ASM from one of the houses.
In addition, FP admitted that the cannabis plant it owns was deliberately planted around his house to be cultivated
Later, after the size is sufficient, the leaves will be harvested and dried to be circulated back in the Sukabumi City area.

During the search, the police found a number of cannabis plants, most of which were dead. But officers found a large cannabis leaf stem that was ready to harvest weighing 800.3 grams.
"This case is still being developed, whether in the future there are new suspects, we are currently investigating, because drug trafficking is usually chained," he said.
The three suspects were charged under Article 111 (2), 114 (2) of Law Number 35 concerning Narcotics and Article 60 paragraph (1) letters a,b,c, Article 62 of Law No. 5 of 1997 concerning Psychotropics with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
