Witness Recognition In The JGSS 6 Project Bribery Case, There Are Costs To BPK To Members Of The DPR
The Solo Balapan-Kadipiro-Kalioso (JGSS 6) double line project is suspected of flowing to members of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) to members of the Indonesian House of Representatives. This was revealed during the examination of witnesses in the trial of alleged bribery of officials of the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) at the Semarang Corruption Crime District Court (Tipikor), Central Java with the accused Director of PT Istana Putra Agung Dion Renato Sugiarto.Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the Central Java Railway Engineering Center, Bernard Hasibuan, as a witness in the trial confirmed that there were records regarding the distribution of money to various parties.According to Bernard, the note was obtained from a contractor named Yudi. The money distributed came from the defendant as the winner of the Rp164 billion project."In that note, everything was realized, except for money for PT Calista and security. Of the Rp11 billion, only Rp9.5 billion was realized," he said in a trial chaired by Chief Judge Gatot Sarwadi as quoted by Antara, Thursday, July 20.Bernard added that the certainty of giving money to various parties was obtained directly from the defendant. According to him, the amount of money given to BPK reached 1 percent of the total budget after deducting taxes.Meanwhile, regarding a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives named Sadewo, Bernard said the amount of money given reached 0.5 percent of the project value after deducting tax costs. A total fee of 2.5 percent of the project value after deducting the tax is also said to have flowed to the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation. The flow of other funds came from the profits obtained by PT Istana Putra Agung in the work on the project. The flow of funds was aimed at the Head of the Central Java Railway Engineering Center, Putu Sumarjaya, for the operation of the railway center, a sleep fee for the owner of PT Calista, and security costs.PT Calista itself is a construction company that should have been won in the JGSS 6 project but failed due to a lack of requirements.Bernard said the fee was given by the defendant as compensation because PT Istana Putra Agung was a companion to PT Calista in the project's auction to be the winner.Meanwhile, Putu Sumarjaya as a witness in the trial denied receiving a fee from the JGSS 6 project. However, Putu admitted that he received monthly operating funds from the defendant of Rp. 50 million per month. In his statement, Putu revealed the flow of funds for the Director of Infrastructure of the Directorate General of Railways at the Ministry of Transportation Harno Trimadi. Putu explained that the money for Harno Trimadi came directly from the provision of PPK.Putu also admitted that he had twice immediately handed over money to Harno in the amount of Rp. 50 million each.Dion Renato Sugiarto was charged with giving bribes to officials of the Directorate General of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation with a total of Rp27.9 billion in order to obtain construction work and improve railway lines in three provinces.
The railway line projects carried out by construction service companies in the railway sector are located in Central Java, West Java, and South Sulawesi.
