Investindo Partner Develops PLTS Business

JAKARTA - PT Mitra Investindo Tbk (MITI) will explore the potential of the new renewable energy business for Solar Power Plants (PLTS) or Solar Farm by cooperating with Sany South East Asia Ltd (SANY) and Emas Fortuna Ltd (EFL).

The strategic cooperation plan will be outlined in a partnership agreement related to cooperation and land acquisition in connection with the business development of Solar Power Plants (PLTS) or Solar Farm.

"The implementation of the Joint Venture (JV) will pay attention to the provisions of the law and laws that apply to parties as well as related definitive agreements that will be signed later," reads the quote from the MITI press release, Friday, July 7.

The Solar Power Green Energy Development Project is one of MITI's efforts to support the 2030 UN Agenda for the Sustainable Development Goals, especially Goal #7, namely Clean and Affordable Energy and Clean Energy and supports the Government's program to reduce carbon emissions by 32 percent or the equivalent of 912 million tons by 2030 using non-smooth fuel.

Technology Development and Solar Energy Investment will provide environmentally friendly clean energy and encourage economic growth for local communities and meet market demand for cheap and environmentally friendly energy.
