The Ministry Of PUPR Calls FLPP Distribution Still 40 Percent, This Is One Of The Obstacles
The Directorate General of Infrastructure Financing of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) said that the distribution of Housing Financing Liquidity Facilities (FLPP) has only reached 40 percent to date.
"Our product has 220,000 FLPP units, so far it is still 40 percent, yes," said Director General of Infrastructure Financing of the Ministry of PUPR Herry Trisaputra Zuna when met after the FGD BP Tapera event in the Sudirman area, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, June 21.
Herry said, there are several things that make the distribution of FLPP slow this year, one of which is because the backlog is quite large. Thus, creative solutions are needed to deal with these problems.
"However, if we look at the backlog earlier, we need a program that is bigger than that. One of those that developed earlier was how we cooperated with local governments to work together so that the burden could be divided, we could increase the number," he said.
Even so, Herry said he would meet the achievement of this target this year. "However, we hope that in the remaining time we will pursue (the target of achieving it," he said.
Paka kesempatan sama, Komiser Badan Pengelola Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (BP Tapera) Adi Setianto membenarkan bahwa target penyaluran FLPP memang masih alot hingga semester I-2023.
This is because the developer of the house is still waiting for a new price after the issuance of Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 60/PMK.010/2023, some time ago.
"Regarding the FLPP target, we are targeting 220,000. Semester I is rather tough, only reaching around 90,000. So, the developer is also waiting for a new price, as soon as the new price comes out, we hope that developers will do the production even faster, so that we can achieve the 220,000 target in the second semester of 2023," he added.
