Favorite Takjil And Iftar Places According To Netray Monitoring

JAKARTA – What food or drink do you usually eat when breaking your fast, fried rice cakes, compote, or other sweet foods? Each social media activist shared the experience.

According to Netray's monitoring, discussions about iftar snacks or takjil have started to liven up on Twitter since the beginning of Ramadan. Netray found at least 44.8 thousand tweets in the period March 22-27 2023, 18.9 thousand of which had positive sentiments.

"Twit generated 15.6 million impressions which have the potential to reach 212.3 million Twitter accounts," wrote Netray in its report on March 30, 2023.

In the conversation, various related vocabulary also appeared, including fried and sweet. The word sweet was mentioned 664 times in tweets by Twitter activists and fried 531 times.

Favorite sweet foods and drinks are compote, green banana ice, and sweet iced tea.

"Even though it's slightly proportional, the word sweet is the dominant type of takjil in the conversation of Twitter activists," said Netray.

In addition to takjil, Netray on March 21-27 2023 also observed discussions about places to break the fast (bukber) recommended by social media activists on Instagram and Tiktok. Using the keywords #rekomendasibukapuasa and #rekomendasibukber on Instagram and recommendations && breaking the fast, recommendations && bukber, and  #recommendationsbukber on TikTok.

"As a result, there were 95 posts with a total impression of 5.6 thousand reactions on Instagram and 79 posts with a total impression of 136.1 thousand reactions on the TikTok channel," Netray wrote in its monitoring on March 29, 2023.

1. Dago Restaurant

   A restaurant serving Korean specialties located in the South Jakarta area is the first recommendation by TikTok activists. This eating place was recommended by the @greencafelatte account.
