Sri Mulyani Declares Mario Dandy's father, Rafael Alun Trisambodo, As A Traitor
JAKARTA – The Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani, issued a firm statement regarding the problems that entangled her staff, Rafael Alun Trisambodo alias RAT, as a figure who violated noble principles at the Ministry of Finance.
He conveyed this about the ownership of huge assets for someone who works as a servant of the state.
“(Property ownership) raises serious questions from the public, where does the wealth come from? This behaviour hurt all levels of the Ministry of Finance, and I believe they have worked honestly and professionally. Actions that betray and damage the reputation and cannot be justified", she said via a virtual channel from India, Friday, February 24.
For information, RAT's assets were recorded at IDR 56 billion and higher than his superior, namely the Director General of Taxes, which was only around IDR 14 billion. Later, it was suspected that the RAT was also a professional tax consultant, which in principle conflicted with his position as one of the top officials in the Tax Directorate.
Meanwhile, the problem that befell RAT was triggered by his son, Mario Dandy Satriyo, who was allegedly the mastermind behind the abuse of David, a 17-year-old teenager. The map got bigger when David was the son of one of the top officials of GP Ansor, an organization formed by the largest religious organization in Indonesia, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU).

Mario Dandy is also said to often show off his top lifestyle by showing off several expensive vehicles on social media.
"The luxurious lifestyle has created a negative perception and erosion of public trust", he said.
For this reason, the state treasury asked the Inspectorate General to follow up on this situation to restore a good perspective for the Punggawa Nagara Dana Rakca (as the ranks of the Ministry of Finance are called).
"So that RAT disciplinary violations can be followed up and now an examination letter has been issued", he said.
Due to this incident, the Minister of Finance made an important decision by removing the RAT position from the leadership chair at the Ministry of Finance.
"RAT was removed from his duties and positions", he said firmly.
