End Of October, DKI Regional Budget Absorption Still 55.9 Percent
JAKARTA - Two months before the end of the fiscal year, the absorption of the 2022 DKI Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is still recorded at 55.91 percent as of Monday, October 31 this morning.
Seen on the public.bappeda.net page, the realization of regional expenditures was IDR 42.35 trillion of the total budget ceiling of IDR 75.75 trillion.
Regional expenditure consists of operating expenditure, capital expenditure, unexpected expenditure, and transfer expenditure.
Operational expenditure was allocated for IDR 61.06 trillion with the realization of IDR 38.40 trillion or 62.89 percent of the absorbed budget. Then, the allocated capital expenditure was IDR 12.93 trillion with the realization of IDR 3.53 trillion or 27.25 percent of the absorbed budget.
Unexpected expenditures were allocated in the amount of IDR 1.27 trillion with the realization of IDR 60.77 billion or 4.75 percent of the absorbed budget. Transfer spending was allocated in the amount of IDR 479 billion with the realization of IDR 365 billion or 76.26 percent of the absorbed budget.

Meanwhile, judging from the amount of budget acquisition for each regional work unit (SKPD), the Education Office received the largest budget, which was IDR 16.6 trillion. However, currently, the SKPD has only absorbed 56.86 percent of the budget or IDR 9.46 trillion.
The SKPD that received the second largest budget this year was the Health Office. From IDR 11.12 trillion, the agency only absorbed IDR 6.9 trillion or 62.07 percent.
In the SKPD with the third largest budget, the Bina Marga Service which received IDR 2.5 trillion, only absorbed IDR 1.14 trillion or 44.80 percent.
Meanwhile, the lowest achievement of budget realization of all SKPD is the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) DKI. Of the IDR 4.6 trillion budget allocated in 2022, BPKD only absorbed IDR 17.01 percent of the budget or IDR 790 billion.
