Remove Live Support Via Twitter, PlayStation Users Ask It On Twitter
JAKARTA - Sony announced via Twitter @askPlaystation, that they will soon be removing live support via Twitter starting August 1.
Instead, users who are having problems or need help, should visit the PlayStation support website that has been provided.
"Starting August 1, 1-to-1 PlayStation Support via Twitter will no longer be available. To connect with PlayStation Support, visit bit.ly/3uYQKS1," the company said in its announcement on Tuesday, July 19.
Solving problems by contacting a human directly is indeed easier, but Sony recommends that you first find a solution to your problem on your own through the website that Sony has provided.
"Use the search bar below to see if your problem or error code is covered in an article. Follow the troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue or, if you still need help, select contact us at the bottom of the page," Sony wrote on the website. his.

Sony did not provide clear details on why the company stopped live support on its Twitter.
