Jurgen Klopp's Target In The Second Leg Of The Champions League Quarter-Finals Liverpool Vs Benfica: Be The Team To Avoid Against

JAKARTA - Liverpool will host Benfica at Anfield Stadium, Thursday, April 14 in the morning WIB. This is the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.

Liverpool only needs a draw to qualify for the semifinals. Losing 0-1 doesn't matter. The reason is, in the first leg, Virgil van Dijk and his friends won 3-1 at Benfica's cage.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is pleased with his team's good performance at Benfica. He likes the way his team plays.

"The main target is to be the only team that nobody wants to face," Klopp said ahead of the second leg, as quoted by Antara.

"Really aggressive in the sense of the game of football, defend well, know more about the way they play."

Klopp did not want to be comfortable with the 3-1 result in the first leg. He gave an example when he met Inter Milan in the round of 16. When Inter Milan scored one goal in the second leg, the game changed.

"Good foundations (leading 3-1), but when they score, as we felt against Inter, the game changes," said the German manager.

"We felt it when they scored last week. We really need to make them feel this is a place they don't want to go."
