In Order For Russian Forces Not To Penetrate Kyiv, Ukraine Had To Destroy The Teteriv River Bridge
JAKARTA - A bridge over the Teteriv River in Ivankiv, Ukraine has been demolished. Destroyed not by Russian troops but by Ukraine itself.
It was not without reason that this step was taken by Ukraine. The Teteriv River is located about 50 kilometers north of Kyiv and is one of the entry points for Russian ground troops to the city center.
In order to prevent the passage of Russian soldiers and combat vehicles, Ukrainian air forces were forced to destroy the bridge, as quoted by CNN, Friday, February 25.

Thank you Russian citizens from President Volodymyr Zelensk
When the invasion began, direct demonstrations erupted in Russia. They protested with President Vladimir Putin's strong stance.
Demonstrations of Russian citizens even led to arrests. As of Thursday evening Moscow time, at least 1.237 people have been detained in at least 44 cities across Russia.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the Russian people for their support. Volodymyr Zelenskyy also continued to urge Russia to immediately end military operations, end the invasion and open up space for dialogue to avoid more losses.
"We are on our land, we have the truth, they cannot destroy our character. Russian 'Kalibr' missiles are powerless against our freedom," Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"To all the citizens of the Russian Federation who came out to protest, I want to say we saw you. That means you heard us," he said.
