Bhayangkara FC Coach Becomes Victim Of Theft At Villa Bali, Losses Tens Of Millions

GIANYAR - Bhayangkara FC coach, Paul Christopher Munster (39) became a victim of theft while staying at Villa Queen Dome, Tirta Tawar Street, Banjar Kutuh Kaja, Petulu Village, Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali.

Two of the perpetrators of the theft have been arrested by the Ubud Police. Both named Feri Mananue (45) and Gede Wahyu Arianta (23).

"The modus operandi in question is to pry the door", said the head of the Ubud police, Kompol I Made Tama, Thursday, February 24.

The victim discovered the incident when he returned to the villa on Thursday, February 3 and found the outer door had been open.

"Knowing this, the victim and the witness immediately checked into the house and found that several items were missing. Furthermore, the victim immediately contacted the Official Bhayangkara FC and the Ubud Police for further handling", he added.

The missing items included a MacBook Air, iPad, passport, carrying bag and IDR 2 million in cash. The total loss is around IDR 70 million.

Based on the victim's report, the police conducted an investigation. It is known that the goods belonging to the Bhayangkara FC coach were sold by the perpetrators in Denpasar.

The police then arrested two perpetrators in Denpasar. Both admitted to stealing the belongings of the Bhayangkara FC coach. .

The two perpetrators were charged with Article 363 paragraph (1) to 4 of the Criminal Code. The maximum penalty is 7 years in prison.
