JAKARTA – Apple is reported to be carrying an ultrawide lens in the iPhone 13 Pro which will be launched in 2022. In addition to the iPhone 13 Pro, non-Pro iPhone devices will also get the same share from the company.

Actually, the iPhone Pro model is equipped with a wide-angle and telephoto camera. The device also has an autofocus feature that can help users to take good pictures of an object.

However, with the plan to introduce an ultrawide camera, the iPhone 13 Pro and non-Pro will help users take pictures in a better way.

Based on a report by The Next Web, an Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo conveyed this information. Ming also said the ultrawide sensor will get an upgrade in terms of hardware that will use 6 elements.

Rumors say the regular version of the iPhone will have a new design in terms of the camera. While the Pro model will still feature a LiDAR scanner as before.

The iPhone 13 will also have a smaller notch design. Apple is also rumored to be using AMOLED screens on all iPhone 13 phones. While the iPhone Pro and Pro Max will have a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.

Ming has also predicted that iPhone sales will increase dramatically. He argued that the increase was a result of the US government's ban on Huawei.

Cited from Gizmochina, Ming-Chi Kuo revealed that iPhone shipments in 2021 could reach 230-240 million. While in 2022, he predicts the iPhone will sell 250 to 260 million units.

However, the company has yet to provide an official statement regarding the new features that will be presented in the latest iPhone phones next year.
