JAKARTA - TAITO officially announced its new game titled Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons. The game will be released this winter for the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in the Western region, as well as for PCs via Steam globally.

Meanwhile, in Japan, the game is scheduled to launch in 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Switch. In the Western region, the release of the game will be handled by Arc System Works, while the Japanese market will remain held by TAITO.

This adventure game from the classic Bubble Bobble series will take you to an underground world full of sweet snacks and new challenges.

In this game, you will control the Bub, a small dragon known for its ability to blow bubbles to catch enemies, beat opponents, or as a tool to reach high areas.

Interestingly, the dungeon in this game always changes every time it is entered from the layout, enemy, to the available platform so that it provides a dynamic and non-monotonic playing experience.

You can collect treasure in the dungeon to improve your abilities and unlock various Bub skills.
