Gentler Streak Presents Updates To Make Access To Health Information Easier

Jakarta The Apple Design Awards winner' fitness and health app, Gentler Streak, has again received a big update that makes it easier and more intuitive to use for its users in the world.

After previously adding a Home Screen widget with a health metric, now this application brings a For You tab that combines user Streak data with health information from the wellness section.

In 2023, Gentler Streak introduced the Wellbeing feature, which provides an easy-to-understand summary of user health data. Now, the section is combined with the For You page on the Streak tab to display more organized and easily accessible information.

According to the developer, many users have difficulty finding health metrics in this application. Therefore, they redesigned the application layout to make it simpler and more intuitive.

"We have reimaginated how the app presents the most important information for you. The result? A lighter and more intuitive experience, with everything you need on your finger," said Gentler Streak's development team.

Despite the layout changes, no features have been deleted. On the other hand, users can now adjust the For You section according to their needs. For example, the app will display a summary of sleep in the morning and a rehearsal throughout the day.

In addition to the layout update, Gentler Streak also provides free access forever for the Cycle Tracking feature for users who start using it before the end of this month. This promo is presented to celebrate Women's History Month.

Apple Award Winners and PremiumGentler Streak Features are known as apps that help users understand their physical condition better, so they can adjust the intensity of the exercise without overdoping.

The app won the App of the Year award for Apple Watch in 2022, as well as being the finalist for the 2023 Apple Design Award. Last year, Gentler Streak also won an award in Apple's Best Social Impact category.

The app is available free on the App Store, but some advanced features require a life-long subscription or license purchase. For the best experience, Gentler Streak is recommended to use with Apple Watch.
