JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Angga Raka Prabowo conducted a direct inspection of the North Coast (Pantura) route to ensure the readiness of public telecommunications access during the 2025 Christmas and New Year celebrations.

During this visit, Deputy Minister Angga conducted visits to several strategic points on the Pantura route, including worship areas, crowded centers, and train stations.

Attention is focused on three main aspects, namely the quality of signals for calls and messages, internet speed to support the digital needs of the community, and network capacity to deal with surged user traffic.

In order to ensure smooth communication, the Ministry of Komdigi together with cellular operators carry out direct monitoring using the latest technology to measure the quality of the telecommunications network in Pantura.

Not only that, but Komdigi has also carried out technical coordination to deal with disturbances and strengthen networks at vulnerable points.

"Successful communication is the key to supporting people's journey and happiness. Telecommunications not only helps them share moments, but also ensures they remain safe during the trip," said Angga in his official broadcast Friday, December 27.

Angga also appreciated the technicians and monitoring team from the Ministry of Communication and Digi and telecommunications service providers who worked hard to ensure that the quality of the network remained optimal.

He appealed to the public to immediately report communication disturbances through the official account of the Center for Monitoring Telekomunikasi, Posts and Broadcasting of the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, namely @pmt_komdigi on platform X.
